A Cunning Plan

The New Southwark Plan (NSP) is currently being consulted on and now is the time for local communities to act!

The document will shape future development across the borough but what exactly does this mean for Dulwich and how can local communities get involved? We feel that it is important for residents to come together and respond to Southwark’s suggestions – whether good or bad.

At this meeting we will be discussing the NSP’s ramifications for Dulwich including exploring the potential development sites that Southwark council have earmarked for the area. Are there any aspect of the plans that sound exciting? Or are there reasons to be worried and concerned? We will take a look at the consultation submissions and Council responses to those.

We will also be hearing from local residents who will be talking about their plans for setting up a Neighbourhood Forum. The groundwork is being laid for a Neighbourhood Plan but what will this mean for the local area? Come along to find out!

The meeting will also provide attendees with a platform to discuss any issues that you might want to raise, as well as the opportunity to share any news, events and information that is relevant to Dulwich. Plus, take the opportunity to plot your activities and connections on a map of Dulwich which will be publicly available to share an
