The Friends of Nunhead Cemetery are inviting you to their annual Open Day.
During the event they run tours of the cemetery, visits to the chapel and crypt - not usually open - guidance on family history, plus delicious food and drinks at their café.
Other activities include:

- HISTORY, ECOLOGY & LOCAL GROUPS STALLS
- PLANTS FOR SALE;
- BIRDS OF PREY
- TOURS OF CEMETERY & CRYPT
- HOMEMADE REFRESHMENTS
- CHOIRS IN THE CHAPEL
- CHILDREN’S BUG HUNT
- FRANCIS CHAPPELL’S ‘VICTORIAN HEARSE’ & HORSES SCULPTURE EXHIBITION IN THE MAUSOLEUM & MORE
They are also calling for volunteers to help with our stalls, tours and of course setting up and packing away.
