Restorative Justice for All (RJ4All) is a non-profit organisation focusing on restorative justice and the advancement of justice and human rights locally, nationally and internationally.
For anyone who is unfamiliar with restorative justice is, it can be said to be a system of criminal justice that emphasises the rehabilitation of offenders, in particular through things like reconciliation with the victims of their crime, and the wider community.
This summer, RJ4All are hosting two projects in Southwark designed to engage young people in the values of restorative justice. These events are free to attend!
The first is a pilot event for 3Rs Project: Restoring Respect in Rotherhithe.
The 3Rs project provides out-of-school educational and recreational opportunities to children and young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds through creative and restorative justice workshops, participation in community exhibitions, online competitions and award ceremonies.
You can find out more about the event here.
